While I was unable to attend the vigil last night in person, I was definitely there in spirit and sending as much energy and prayers as I could. We've known each other for 34 years [we joined at the same time] and I watched everyone grow up, to say nothing of working with you all!!
Like everyone else, this is so hard to comprehend - my heart is so sore for you all. I feel powerless because I'm here and relying on what info I get. Believe me, Amy has done an outstanding job - and now with Scott setting up this site -

So sorry we were undable to attend the vigil; I have been unwell. Our hearts are bleeding for the Brooks family. We love them so much. Be strong! Be strong! This is our prayer. Know that your are surrounded by a network of love and prayer. Dorie and Marvin Shwedel
